Last week we published a review on gender percentages in searches carried out at Hunter-Miller within the past two years.
This provoked considerable debate and people have been particularly keen to get our thoughts on why the numbers were as they were.
Rather than speculate we have broken down into five categories the responses given by candidates we approached who were not interested in pursuing roles. We have selected four representative searches at a variety of salary levels and locations.
