Hunter-Miller Profiles: Gender in Search
According to a study released by Grant Thornton earlier this year, the proportion of senior business roles held by women in the UK has decreased since 2016 to 19%.
We decided to compare this to our own data at Hunter-Miller, and analysed the roles that we have filled over the past two years.
