Wider Team
At Hunter-Miller, we use only in house research.
Our team of consultants and researchers are selected for their critical thinking, creativity and drive.
Read our diversity and inclusion policy here.
We are collaborative, not internally competitive. Information sharing is central to how we operate and ensures that all of our clients benefit from our collective expertise. This is possible because we work across industry verticals rather than within them. Our project teams constantly work together to ensure we are with you every step of the way.
We constantly challenge ourselves (and occasionally even our clients!) to get the best possible results. We want our clients to come back and use us again and again. Our aim is always to find individuals that are a lasting fit and will add significant value over time, rather than providing a ‘quick fix’.
Bespoke lies at the centre of our ethos, and we are structured to deliver upon highly specific demands. At times, we must approach assignments with the utmost discretion, other assignments demand extremely rapid outcomes.
We strive to ensure we fully understand our clients’ needs and the context for the recruitment process. We will seek to engage with all the key participants in the process to ensure we understand their perspective in depth.
Every search is managed on a day-to-day basis by one of our senior team, supported by a consultant and a researcher. Crucially we never manage a search in a vacuum and the team will always have access to the entire knowledge base of the company.
