Ryan Walker joins Mitie

Ryan Walker has joined Mitie as Director of Operations Centre, Technical Services.

With 20 years' experience across customer experience, operations and distribution, Ryan has held senior leadership roles across some of the UK’s leading financial services organisations, most recently leading Starling’s Enhanced Customer Care function.

Before joining Starling, Ryan spent six years with Virgin Money / CYBG, most recently as Customer Experience Director, where he was responsible for driving customer experience and service across the organisation.

Prior to this, Ryan spent more than three years with Nationwide Building Society, progressing through roles including Local Director and Transformation Manager. He began his career with NatWest / RBS Group, where he spent nine years in a variety of roles.

Ryan brings extensive experience in customer-centric transformation, operational leadership and building high-performing teams, and will now apply this expertise to his new role at Mitie, leading the Operations Centre within Technical Services.
