Blume Group appoints Fauzia Stanyard as Chief Operating Officer

Reporting to CEO Alex Kenny, Fauzia Stanyard joins Blume as COO. Blume is a part of Fletchers Group and specialises in helping clients in the legal sector acquire new customers. In her new role, Fauzia will lead Blume's customer experience and B2C strategy during this key period of their growth.

Most recently, Fauzia was Director of Service Operations at Arqiva. Prior to that she was Director of Contact Centre Operations at Currys and Head of Customer Experience at Arrow XL.

Fauzia read Quantum Physics and Computer Science at the University of Mumbai. She began her career in customer operations before transitioning to telecommunications; she later moved to the UK to join Three UK where she remained for over a decade.
