Peter Johnson joins Zurich Insurance as Group Head of CX Strategy & Innovation

Hunter-Miller can announce that Peter Johnson has joined Zurich Insurance as Group Head of CX Strategy & Innovation.

Beginning his career in fintech at JPMorgan Chase, Peter has held a number of senior positions across Capital One and Amazon, focused on CX and digital products. Most recently Global Head of CX for Amazon’s Web Services payments function, he has recently relocated to Switzerland for his new role at Zurich.
