Laura Joseph joins Tesco Mobile as Chief Customer Officer

Laura Joseph will be joining Tesco Mobile as their new Chief Customer Officer in the spring of 2025.

Laura previously led the Customer, Marketing and Digital functions at Post Office, prior to which she held a number of roles across Digital and CX at Barclays. With this new role at Tesco Mobile, Laura returns to her telco roots having spent the first portion of her career at the likes of BT, Demon and Cable&Wireless.
