Inken Kuhlmann-Rhinow joins Hays as CMO

Hunter-Miller are delighted to have worked with Hays, the world’s leading specialist in workforce solutions and recruitment, in appointing Inken Kuhlmann-Rhinow as its Global Chief Marketing Officer.

Inken joins Hays this month and will be based in Germany, working across its 33 countries. She will lead Hays’ marketing community, helping to position the business as lifelong partners to its customers across the globe.

Inken joins Hays from HubSpot, the leading SMB CRM platform, where she spent the last 10 years setting up a customer-centric marketing strategy. In her most recent role as Senior Marketing Director, she oversaw the entire EMEA region.
