Ben Stimson appointed Chief Customer Officer for NHS Test and Trace

Hunter-Miller is pleased to share that Ben Stimson, formerly Digital Director at Waitrose, has joined the NHS as CCO Test and Trace. He will work with Dido Harding, newly-appointed Chair of the National Institute of Health Protection. Ben's new role will see him using his expertise to transform the Test and Trace programme, helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19. He will assume his new position at the end of this month.

At John Lewis Partnership, Ben was responsible for Waitrose's seamless transition away from Ocado to the new waitrose.com ecommerce platform. He was also responsible (most recently) for ramping up the supermarket's online grocery operation to deal with the demands of lockdown. 

Ben has previously held a number of senior digital positions across JLP and at Sky.
