Ali Jones joins Matalan as Chief Customer and Omnichannel Officer

Ali Jones has joined fashion and homeware retailer Matalan as its Chief Customer and Omnichannel Officer.

Ali was previously Customer Director at Co-op for close to five years. Before joining Co-op, she spent a year with Carat UK as Chief Client Officer and three years at Australian retailer Big W as Marketing & Online Director. Ali additionally spent over ten years as Marketing Director at Debenhams. She began her career at Next Group.

This announcement comes just a few weeks after Matalan announced a number of Executive and Board changes, including Jo Whitfield’s installation as the new CEO.
