Ellie Norman joins Manchester United as Chief Communications Officer

Ellie Norman has been appointed to the new post of Chief Communications Officer at Manchester United. She will sit on the Executive Leadership Team.

Ellie was most recently Global Director of Marketing and Communications at Formula 1 where she reported to the CEO. She stood down in April after almost five years in the position.

Before joining F1, Ellie spent five years at Virgin Media where she was latterly Head of Advertising and Sponsorship. Before VM she was with Honda Motor Europe for almost seven years, looking after communications across the continent.

She continues to work with The Marketing Society where she has been a Non-Exec since April 2021.
