Laura Joseph has joined the Post Office as Director of Customer Experience, Marketing and Digital, and will take up her new position in September.

As part of a major reorganisation, she will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience of all Post Office customers.

Laura has previously held a number of senior marketing and product positions across telecoms and financial services, including with THUS, Cable & Wireless and BT. She joins the Post Office following a 6-year stint leading Digital and Customer Experience teams at Barclays, most recently as head of Digital and CX for Barclays Business Bank, where she led the delivery of a number of innovative services including digital account opening, instant lending, and the Government Bounce Back Loan Scheme.

Owen Woodley, Chief Commercial Officer at the Post Office says “We are delighted that Laura has chosen to join us in this critical role. She brings a wealth of experience to us and will play a key part in the development of our customer offerings and customer experience”.

Well done on your first-class post, Laura!
