Rachel Bulford appointed Chief Commercial Officer at Splendid Hospitality Group

Rachel Bulford has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer at Splendid Hospitality Group.

Rachel most recently served as Director of Retail for Gatwick Airport. She previously developed store propositions and services at Homebase. Before this she spent time as a consultant with OC&C, and led operations for emerging markets at Burberry.

Rachel started her career at Marks and Spencer. She holds an MBA from Bayes Business School and an MA from the University of Cambridge. From 2021-2023 she was Chairperson of the UK Travel Retail Forum.
